External Source Actions - Installer App
External source actions connect the different parts of the Ezzing ecosystem with the platform. These are executed when an action occurs in these applications. If we want to know more about what they are and how they are configured, we can do so from previous concepts .
In this article, we will delve into a detailed analysis of the various actions of external sources on which we depend for the proper functioning and optimization of the installer application.
Where can I find this option? → Left side menu → Settings → Actions from external sources
Important. Please note that you must select the installer application actions that will be available for each type of opportunity. If you do not select any of them, it will not appear.
Remember that we have several types of actions, in this case opportunity status and report generation. This will define which action to take.
We will see below each of the actions that we can configure:
- Customer contact first visit. Opportunity status action type. This automatic action refers to the change of status that will occur when clicking on "Yes" and then on "Send" after having made a call to the customer when they are in the First visit status.
- Contact Client Installation. Opportunity Status Action Type. This automatic action refers to the status change that will occur when clicking on "Yes" and then on "Send" after having made a call to the client when they are in the installation process.
- First customer visit form . Type of action: opportunity status. This automatic action refers to the change of status that will occur when clicking on "Send" after completing the corresponding form.
In this case, we will complete all the necessary information on the first visit, such as a photo of the place where the installation will be carried out, the type of voltage of the installation or whether or not we have access to the roof.
Warning. Occasionally we may not be able to continue. This is because we have not completed all the required fields in the form. These are identified by a red asterisk next to the name.
- Forms client installation . Opportunity status action type. This automatic action refers to the change of status that will occur when clicking on "Send" after completing the corresponding form. In this form we will normally fill in all the data regarding the installation, such as the installation date or a photo of the location of the investor.
- HSE Client Form . Opportunity Status Action Type. This automatic action refers to the status change that will occur when clicking on "Submit" after completing the health and safety form.
- Client commission form . Opportunity status action type. This automatic action refers to the change of status that will occur when clicking on "Send" after completing the form, if applicable.
Note: These forms are customizable from "Opportunity Types and Processes"
Important. We must not forget that we must configure these actions for each type of opportunity for which we are going to use the installer app.
