External Sources Actions - Platform

External source actions connect the different parts of the Ezzing ecosystem with the platform. These are executed when an action occurs in these applications. If we want to know more about what they are and how they are configured, we can do so from previous concepts .

Where can I find this option? Left side menu Settings Actions from external sources

Remember that we have several types of action, in this case opportunity status and email sending. This will define which action to take.

We will see below each of the actions that we can configure:
  1. Share Offer - Action type: Opportunity Status. This action is executed when an offer is shared within a specific opportunity. When this is done, the opportunity status changes to the selected one.

  1. Customer registration. Action type: Opportunity status. This automatic action is executed when a customer is created from the platform's customer wizard.

  1. Offer signed. Action type: Opportunity status. This automatic action is executed when the status of an offer changes to signed.

The following actions from external sources require additional platform configuration, for more information, contact the CSM.
  1. High probability customer registration. Action type: opportunity status. This automatic action refers to the type of customer that has been registered from the customer creation wizard.
  2. Medium probability customer registration. Action type: opportunity status. This automatic action refers to the type of customer that has been registered from the customer creation wizard.
  3. Low probability customer registration. Action type: opportunity status. This automatic action refers to the type of customer that has been registered from the customer creation wizard.
  4. Future customer registration with low consumption. Action type: opportunity status. This automatic action refers to the electrical consumption entered from the customer creation wizard.
  5. Register a future client with high consumption. Action type: opportunity status. This automatic action refers to the electrical consumption entered from the client creation wizard.
  6. Register customer outside the region. Action type: opportunity status. This automatic action refers to when a customer is registered from the customer creation wizard with a postal code that is not assigned to any salesperson/installer.
The following external source action is generic to the platform:
  1. Reset Password : Action type: email template. This automatic action sends an email to reset the user's password when the user clicks on the "Forgot your password?" link on the login screen.

Important. We must not forget that we must configure these actions for each type of opportunity.
