External Sources Actions - Simulator

External source actions connect the different parts of the Ezzing ecosystem with the platform. These are executed when an action occurs in these applications. If we want to know more about what they are and how they are configured, we can do so from previous concepts.
Where can I find this option? → Left side menu Settings   Actions from external sources

Remember that we have several types of action, in this case opportunity status and report generation. This will define which action to take.
We will see below each of the actions that we can configure, depending on the type of simulator (standard or premium), some actions may not be available:
  1. Registering a customer:   Action type: Opportunity status. This action is executed when a customer registers in the simulator after entering their consumption and contact data.

  1. Obtain an electric bill. Action type: opportunity status. This automatic action refers to when the customer provides the electric bill in the simulator.
The following actions from external sources require additional configuration in the simulator, please contact the CSM for more information:
  1. High probability customer registration. Action type: opportunity status. This automatic action refers to the type of customer that has been registered in the simulator.
  2. Medium probability customer registration. Action type: opportunity status. This automatic action refers to the type of customer that has been registered in the simulator.
  3. Low probability customer registration. Action type: opportunity status. This automatic action refers to the type of customer that has been registered in the simulator.
  4. Future customer record with low consumption. Action type: opportunity status. This automatic action refers to the electrical consumption entered by the customer in the simulator.
  5. Record of future customer with high consumption. Action type: opportunity status. This automatic action refers to the electrical consumption entered by the customer in the simulator.
  6. Register customer outside the region :   Action Type: Opportunity Status This automatic action refers to when a customer registers in the simulator with an address with a postal code that is not assigned to any salesperson/installer.
  7. Lead registration :   Action Type: Email Template This automatic action sends an email when a customer registers in the simulator and is set to register leads.
The following actions from external sources are generic and do not require additional configuration.
  1. Forgotten password: Action type: email template. This automatic action sends an email to recover the client's password. It is essential that the client has previously registered in the simulator:

  1. Save simulation: Action type: generate report. This automatic action is activated when a new simulation has been saved to generate a report with the information entered by the client.
Important. We must not forget that we must configure these actions for each type of opportunity.
