External Source Actions - Client portal


External source actions connect the different parts of the Ezzing ecosystem with the platform. These are executed when an action occurs in these applications. If we want to know more about what they are and how they are configured, we can do so from previous concepts .

In this article, we will delve into a detailed analysis of the various actions of external sources on which we depend for the proper functioning and optimization of the client portal.

Important. Please note that you must select the installer application actions that will be available for each type of opportunity. If you do not select any of them, it will not appear.
Remember that we have several types of actions, in this case opportunity status and report generation. This will define which action to take.

We will now see each of the actions that we can configure in descending order:
  1. Accept quote. Opportunity status action type. This automatic action refers to the status change that will occur when clicking on "Accept quote".
