Flow configuration - Visibility in installer app
In this article we will see how to configure the elements that will be visible in the installers app in each substate of our sales flows.
Where can I find this option? → Settings → Types of opportunities and processes
Remember that this option will only be available if you have the permissions activated: Opportunity states → Modify opportunity states

The installer app is the tool that allows us to have digital and automated interactions with our installers throughout the sales process. With this application, we will be able to facilitate the making of appointments for installer visits, teach installers the information relevant to their visits, allow them to upload information collected at the installation site , and let them pass the opportunity to the appropriate substate following their visit . Everything, from a mobile phone or tablet.
This article is focused on the configuration of these views by substate, from Settings → Opportunity Types and Processes.
Additionally, we must also configure:
- The installers app from Settings → Installers app
- Actions from external sources from Settings → Actions from external sources, "Installers application" section. This setting allows your opportunity to automatically advance to the status configured in External Source Actions when the installer delivers information or completes the configured step.
Installer App Visibility - Step by Step
To define the views of the opportunity in the installers app, we will follow the following steps.
- We access the “Settings” section in the left sidebar and enter “Opportunity Types and Processes”.
- We select a type of opportunity from those already created, and we enter one of the substates. We will see that a menu is enabled on the right in which a tab appears that shows “Installer App”. From there, we can add a view for the installers app.
- We choose the panel to show. There are two types of panels/views: arrange a visit and visits .
- Arrange visits are those views that will allow us to schedule visits (by the salesperson/installer) to the client's home. There are two available and potential visits: First visit and Installer visit .
- Visits are those views that allow us to configure a form to be filled out by the installer, using the installer app, during their visit. There are four of these views, to be able to cover up to four different questionnaires.
- For the documentation views, we have to integrate the dynamic fields that will be used to fill in said information . To add a dynamic field to the view, click on "Select opportunity field", and select the field to add. We can make the same dynamic field appear in multiple views of the installer app.
- We click on "Edit status" at the top right to save our settings.
