In this article we will explore the "Column Settings" module which allows us to configure the display of columns in various menu sections within the platform. Through this functionality, we can select which data columns we want to display in each section and establish the order in which we want them to be presented.
This tool is invaluable as it makes it easy to customize the information displayed, adapting it to our specific needs. By organizing and prioritizing data effectively, we can quickly and efficiently access key information, all from a single screen, thus optimizing our workflow and improving the user experience on the platform.
Where can I find this option? → Left side menu → Settings → Column adjustment Remember that this option will only be available if you have enabled the permissions: Save dynamic columns , in each of the sections (Lead, client, opportunity, product, incidents)
Through this module we can manage the views in the following sections of the platform:
Product invoice , refers to the columns of the BOM (Bill of materials) that we find in the last step of creating an offer through the Quoting Tool (see article
BOM (Bill of materials) ).
We can also manage the views in the sections of clients , leads , opportunities , incidents , products and monitoring , each identified with its corresponding name within the platform. In addition, it is possible to select which columns we want to show and modify the order in which they are presented (from left to right), adapting the display according to our objectives and the use we give to the platform.

In each of these sections we will find a list of columns from which we must choose the ones we want to display (a maximum of 15) in that specific section. On the right side, the columns we have selected are shown in the order we have chosen them, but we can order them as we wish by simply placing the cursor on the three lines to the left of the name and dragging it to the desired position. Finally, we click on save and we will have the modifications made in that view. We must do the same process for each of the available views.
