In this article, we will delve into how the “Calendar” tab works within the platform. This tool is key to efficiently and organizedly managing all scheduled actions with our end customers, such as calls, messages, visits and any other type of event that we need to record.
The “Calendar” tab allows for more strategic planning and better time management. By using this module, users can optimize their interaction with clients, ensuring proper follow-up and avoiding potential forgetfulness or duplication in tasks.

How to create events in the calendar?
It is important to highlight that events can be created directly from the "Calendar" section or in the opportunity itself in the
"Activities" section.
To create an event from the calendar, we must click on the "Create event" button and then fill in the following information:
Event Name: We must assign a name to the event we are creating.
Select client: We will choose the client for which we want to create this event.
Start date: Date on which the event we are creating will start and on the right side we can select the start time of the event.
End date: Date on which the event we are creating will end and on the right side we can select the start time of the event.
Select participants: This option allows us to add users registered on the platform at the same level we are working on to the event.
Notes: Allows you to add additional comments that we need to record at the event.
Activity Type: We must choose what type of activity we want to record, for example: sending email, incoming call, outgoing call, etc. The types of activity that will appear in this list will be those we create in the 'Activity Type' section found in Settings >
Activity Types. Select opportunity type: We can create activities for the different flows we have, that is, activities for residential opportunity type and activities for commercial opportunity type, for example.
Location: Through this field we can write down and specify the location of the event. It will depend on what we want to put in this field (City, country, physical location of the event).
In the calendar, in addition to creating events or activities, we can use filters to search for specific activities by type of activity (call, email, visit) or by type of event (whether it is a past or future event).
We can also modify the way the calendar is displayed, being able to choose whether we want to see it by day, week or the entire month.
