How can I configure the Installer App?

In this article we will see how to configure or customize certain views, existing within the Installers App, visible to all its users.

Where can I find this option? → Settings → Installers App
Remember that for a complete and satisfactory configuration of your Installer App we will also have to carry out what is indicated in the articles related to: Flow Configuration - Visibility in the Installer App and   External Source Actions - Installer App .
This option will only be available if you have the permissions enabled: Company information → Save company information

First of all, in order to configure the Installer App and make it available to our users in their daily operations, we must have contracted this module. If we have doubts about whether we have it or want to contract it, we must contact our contact person at Ezzing.

General settings

In the "General Settings" tab we will find the possibility of entering a text and schedule that will appear in the Installer App to provide information and/or support to our installers.

In order to add time slots, the checkbox above must be clicked. If this is not checked, no timetable will appear, nor can it be edited there.

Finally, let's not forget to save the changes once we have completed the configuration so that the information is correctly reflected in the App.



What does this General Settings information look like in the Installer App?




We will have a "Call" button available on which App users can click and call the phone number that we have configured in "Settings" → "General settings" → "General data" (for more details, see the following article )

Visibility

In the "Visibility" tab we will find the possibility of indicating which information of the offer we want to be visible in the Installers App, to provide more detailed information to our installers about it.

We may or may not display the following information:

- Layout Image
- Product information (Visibility of module, inverter and battery type products)
- Extras information
- Surface area occupied by the facility
- First year production
- Product VAT
- Final price (without VAT)
- Final price (with VAT)

How does this information regarding Offer Information Visibility look in the Installer App?




In the "Visits" view we will have visibility of all clients and opportunities that are in the substatus where it has been configured ( Flow Configuration - Visibility in Installer App ).
The "Offer" button will always be available when an offer for that opportunity is in the "Accepted" status. If that client/opportunity does not have an accepted offer, the button will not appear, preventing the user from the app from accessing its information.
