Dynamic Fields Configuration - Groups

In this article, we'll explore what dynamic field groups are and walk you through the process of creating a group step by step.

On the platform we find dynamic fields of Leads, Clients, Opportunities, Institutions, Partners, Companies, Products and Incidents.
The groups will help us have the dynamic fields more organized and structured. Additionally, grouping fields into groups makes it even easier to manage and access information when needed. We can do this for the dynamic customer and opportunity fields.

Creating groups step by step:

1) In the dynamic fields section we access the “Clients” or “Opportunity” tab.

2)   At the top right, we click on the “+ Group” button and enter the name of the group we want to create (example: Client Data, Extra Info.)



3) Once the group is created, to view the different groups created, we will have to click on "Show by" and select the groups option.


4) If we want to change the name of the created group, just click on the 3 dots to the right of our created group and give it the name we want:







5)   If we want to consult the grouped dynamic fields of an opportunity, we will have to access “Opportunities” from the sidebar. Once inside the desired opportunity, we access the “ Fields to fill” tab and we can verify that we have the dynamic fields grouped.








In the "Edit opportunity" and "Edit client" part you can view the dynamic fields that have been created structured by groups. These dynamic fields will be displayed as they are in the "Fields to fill out" tab of an Opportunity.
