How can I search for an existing client and opportunity in the business simulator?

In this article, we will explain in detail how to locate clients or opportunities that have been previously created in the sales simulation. This process is essential for those cases in which it is necessary to make changes to existing data, update relevant information or simply review important details of the opportunities already generated.

Where can I find this option?  Commercial Simulator Search for Client and Opportunity
Remember that this option will only be available if you have the following permissions enabled:   commercial simulator and if you have contracted the commercial simulator module.

Once we enter through the "search for client or opportunity" option, we will find a view with all those clients and opportunities created in the commercial simulator. At the top of this view we will have the "access the platform" button available (if we have configured it, see article Commercial simulator - General configuration ) which will redirect us to the CRM platform to manage our clients from there and we have the "create client" button that will take us to the flow of creating a new client (See article).


If we click on the name of any of the clients we see there, a window will open where we will see the basic information of that client, an image of their roof (the one we drew earlier) and below we will find a list of the opportunities we have created for that client. Remember that a client can have more than one opportunity, for example if the same client has two different houses where they want to carry out the installation. In addition, at the top we find again the button to access the platform and the "create opportunity" button which we can use in the scenario where it is necessary to create a new opportunity within that same client.




Edit offers

In the previous view, in addition to what was mentioned, we find some options to make to our offer.

Edit offer: This option allows us to modify some of the data of the offer that we have already created. We can modify the name of the offer, the load curve, the rate, the consumption that we have entered either in euros or in kWh, in the drawing section we can add more buildings if necessary or we can simply continue and then edit the technical data of the installation (type of electrical connection, type of structure, roof material and inclination and obstacles).

Share offer with customer: This option allows you to send the offer to the customer via email.
Download offer: Through this option you can download the offer directly in the sales simulator without having to access the platform. This option is useful especially for those salespeople who do not have access to the CRM and who need to have the offer downloaded on their device for more effective management.
Delete offer: As its name indicates, we can use this option to eliminate the selected offer from the offers that the client has.

We also see the "create offer" button that we will use in case we need to create a new offer for that same client.
