Creating and managing opportunities effectively is essential to maximizing your chances of sales success. By using the platform properly, you can organize and monitor all of your opportunities, ensuring that no important details are missed and that every potential deal is handled in the best possible way.

What is an opportunity?
An opportunity represents a potential sale or contract that can be converted into a successful transaction. In the context of our platform, an opportunity is an entry in the system that contains all the relevant information about a potential customer or business.
The opportunities section provides comprehensive tracking of all registered or signed-up customers, allowing us to visualize what stage of the pipeline they are in. There can be several types of opportunities on the platform to manage each type of customer differently.
Once we have clicked on this tab, we will access the entire list of opportunities that we have registered on the platform. We can configure the columns that we will have available in this view according to the information we need in the "Column settings" section.
How can I create an opportunity?
It is necessary to create a new opportunity when a client has more than one installation possibility, for example, the same client has a country house and a habitual residence, in this case we will have the same client with two opportunities.
Remember that a client can have more than one opportunity.
To create a new opportunity, go to the “Opportunities” tab in the platform menu and select “Create Opportunity.” You can also do this by going directly to a customer’s profile and clicking the “Create Opportunity” button. The creation process is divided into three main sections that must be completed.

Whenever an opportunity is created it must be associated with an existing customer.
First we will see the "Roof data" section, in this view, we will find the different sections to fill in:
- Roof data : Enter the address of where you want to install the photovoltaic system. Draw the indicated house/building. You have the option of repainting the area or the roof if you have marked the wrong area, then click “next”.
- Opportunity information : In this section we must fill in the name of the opportunity, the client associated with the opportunity, select a type of opportunity, and the sub-status in which we want the opportunity to be.
- Channel : In this section we must fill in the data referring to the channel, sub-channel, campaign of this opportunity.
- Additional information : In this section we have the option to fill out notes or additional information that we need.
Then we have the "Consumption data" section in which we must fill in the fields for customer type (Residential or commercial), the value of the customer's electricity consumption in euros, their consumption habits, that is, in which time slot their consumption is highest and finally if they require batteries and financing.
In the next and last section "Opportunity data" we will see a summary of the opportunity that we have created with the address that has been indicated in the roof data, which is loaded automatically.
If everything is correct, we click on “save” and we now have a second chance for this client.
