How can I generate reports from the Quoting Tool?

In this article we will see how to share a report directly from the Quoting Tool.

Where can I find this option? → Quoting tool → PDF

This is the last step to be carried out in the flow. Once the offer is ready, we have the option to send it to the client from the Quoting Tool and to do so we will do so in PDF or Microsoft Word format.
There is also the option to send the offers by generating them from the Reports tab, within the opportunity.


Steps to follow to generate a report

  1. Select the document to send to the client.
  2. Generate the document. This is automatically saved in the “files” tab within the “customer opportunity”. We have the option to choose the file format, as well as whether we want to download it to our device as well, by selecting the “Download” option.
