Commercial simulator - Products
In this article, we will explore the “Products” tab found within the commercial simulator settings. The usefulness of this tab lies in the possibility of adding different types of modules and batteries, allowing you to create more personalized and specific offers. By having a variety of products available, we can adapt our proposals to the particular needs of each client, thus optimizing the personalization and precision of our commercial offers.
Where can I find this option? → Settings → Commercial simulator → Products
Remember that this tab will only be visible if you have permissions activated: commercial simulator and if you have contracted the commercial simulator modulePlatform configuration
We can add batteries or modules for each type of opportunity that we have created. To add a new product the steps we must follow are:
1) Choose the category of the product we want to add (if it is a module or battery)
2) Choose the type of opportunity for which we want these products to appear
3) Click on "add product"
4) We fill in the information requested in the window that opens: choose the category, select the manufacturer and choose the product. Both the manufacturer and the products that will appear in this list will depend on the products that we have created in the products section.
5) We can turn on or off the products that we have added so that they are visible or not in the commercial simulator when a simulation is being carried out.
The cost of the product will be what we have added when creating that product on the platform.
Products that are deactivated in the products section will not be available to add in this configuration. (See article How to create and modify products?)
Visualization in the commercial simulator
In the commercial simulator, when we have reached the results page we will have the option to change the modules and batteries that we see in the generated offer.
To change the module, we must click on the button that says "change" next to where the current module appears, a list appears where we will see all the modules that we have turned on in the configuration on the platform, we choose the desired module and save.
To change the batteries, we must go to the batteries section and click where it says "edit" and then select from the list that appears, the battery that we want to add to our offer.
