It allows the collection of all technical details, on site, with a mobile phone or tablet, and also the uploading, onto the Platform, of all the information necessary to plan the engineering.
Validation of offers on site
It offers the visualization of the offers made to customers and the possibility of validating or rejecting them, on the spot, to speed up the sales process.
Notifications of pending appointments and installations
It allows you to obtain and collect customer information, in a centralized manner, with notifications to schedule visits and installation dates.
Direct connection with the sales and engineering area
We will be able to customize forms (images, etc.) to be filled out from the Installer App and share the information directly between installers and backoffice teams.
In many cases, a visit to the installation site will be necessary to fine-tune the technical details and the feasibility of future work, in order to offer our clients the offer that best suits their needs.
