The goal of this refactor is to optimize the management of teams and privileges within the platform, thus improving efficiency and usability.

Modify the partner profile within the platform

The possibility has been incorporated for a user, with the corresponding permissions, to change the profile of a company on the platform.

Change of location of the 'Creating emails' and 'Controlling automatic actions ' modules

An adjustment has been made to the organization of the 'Email creation' and 'Automatic action control' modules, which have been moved to the user account configuration section.

Refactoring of the modules 'Opportunity Types and Processes' and 'Incident Types'

Due to the new functionalities that have been added over time, it has been decided to redesign the 'Opportunity Types and Processes' and 'Incident Types' modules to improve the user experience (UX).

QUOTING TOOL

Light up areas when hovering over the layout side menu

Functionality has been added so that when the cursor moves over the areas of the side menu, they are highlighted in the corresponding drawing in the layout, making it easier to locate them.

New 'Comments' column in the BOM

A new field called 'Comments' has been added for each product line in the Bill of Materials (BOM).

TRADING SIMULATOR

Before and after rate in the trading simulator

New functionality has been added to the business simulator to take into account the impact of rate changes.

Report of offers from the commercial simulator

A new option has been added that allows offers to be automatically sent to the customer when multiple offers are generated for the same customer from the sales simulator.
