Opportunities - Simulation
In this article we will explain the "Simulation" tab that we find within the view of our opportunities. This tab collects all the information from the simulation and presents it in a way that is easy and quick to understand. This way we can know what data the client has indicated or filled in at the time of doing the simulation and we can generate a much more detailed and complete offer if need. The "Simulation" tab makes it easy to access key information, improving our ability to personalize offers and accurately respond to customer needs.
Where can I find this option? → Left side menu → Opportunities → Opportunity
Remember that this tab will only be visible if you have it pre-configured in the substate in which the opportunity is located and the permissions of the opportunities group are activated → see-simulations-opportunity-tab This tab displays the data from the simulations made through the web simulator and the client's Wizard on the platform.
We find three sections: information about the simulation, input parameters or inputs and output parameters or outputs.
Simulation information
Here we find the information related to the location of the installation and we can view the image of the roof that the client has drawn.
Input parameters or inputs
It shows us all the information that we have filled in at the time of doing the simulation.
Output parameters or outputs
Collect the data resulting from the simulation. The data that is calculated using the inputs that have been filled in.
