Opportunities - Offers

In this article, we will explain the "Offers" tab that is available when you click on an opportunity already created on our platform and is crucial to manage and monitor the proposals you present to your clients.

The "Offers" tab is a section within an opportunity that allows you to create, view and manage all the commercial proposals that you have sent to a client or prospect. This tab centralizes all the relevant information about the offers, making it easy to track and update each one of them.

Remember that this tab will only be visible if you have it pre-configured in the substate in which the opportunity is located and the permissions of the opportunities group are activated → see-offers-opportunity-tab

In this view we will find all the offers generated for this opportunity regardless of the channel through which they were generated (commercial simulator, web simulator or Quoting tool). Next we will find the information related to the offer along with a photo of the roof design that we have made (only for offers made in the Quoting tool); Following this, on the right side of the screen we can edit the name of said offer and save.

We will also find the duplicate and edit offer button with which we can create duplicates of generated offers in order to modify any data or make much more specific offers by filling in a greater amount of information.

With the option to duplicate and edit offer we can, for example, duplicate an offer that has been generated with the commercial simulator and edit it using the Quoting tool to create a complete final offer for our client.

Additionally, in each offer we will see three points in the upper right corner right next to its name. When we click on them, a list of options available to do with this offer will be displayed:

Edit offer: Allows you to modify the details of the current offer.
Duplicate: Create an exact copy of the current offer. This option is useful to save time when you need to create a new offer similar to an existing one.
Mark as featured offer: Designates the offer as featured, making it easier to identify and quickly access in the list of offers. This can be useful for highlighting important or priority offers.
Change offer status: Allows you to update the offer status. Statuses include "Pending", "Rejected", "Shared", "Accepted", "Signed", "Finished".
Share offer with the client: Send the offer directly to the client by email, facilitating communication and review by the client (For this function you must have contracted the electronic signature service).
View change history: Shows a detailed record of all changes made to the offer, including who made each change and when. This is useful to maintain a clear and transparent follow-up of the evolution of the offer.
Delete offer: Delete the current offer from the platform. It is important to use this option with caution, since deleting an offer is an irreversible action.



On the right side of the screen, in addition to editing and duplicating offers, we can create new offers (this option will appear whenever we do not have any offers from the selected list) using the Quoting tool. For this we must fill in the name of the offer, choose the type of offer and price table and then click on "create", the Quoting tool will automatically open from where we can fill in all the necessary data to generate this offer.
