Opportunities - Incidents

In this article we will explain the Incidents tab found in the opportunities view. Here you can see all incidents related to customer installations. This function is important to have greater control over problems that may arise and manage them in a more organized way. Issues created are logged directly to the customer's Opportunity, making it easy to track and resolve issues. In addition, it allows responsible teams to have all the relevant information in one place, improving efficiency and the ability to respond to any inconvenience.

Where can I find this option? Left side menu Opportunities Opportunity
Remember that this tab will only be visible if you have it pre-configured in the substate in which the opportunity is located and the permissions of the opportunities group are activated → see-incidences-opportunity-tab







In this tab we see a list of the incidents that we have created on the platform, if we click on one of them, on the right side we will see a summary of that incident and in the "go to the incident" button you can open it and see the entire information that has been filled out.
In addition, we find a button that says "create" which allows us to create an incident that will be registered directly in this opportunity that we have open.
