Opportunities - Fields to fill

In this article we will explain the functionalities of the "Fields to fill" tab that we find in the opportunities view. In this tab we will find all those fields for which we need information from the client. This information is crucial, as it directly impacts the relationship with the customer. The data provided can be used when generating reports, allowing important customer information to be included in one document. In this way, we ensure that all relevant information is available and used effectively, improving the accuracy and personalization of communications and offers.

Remember that this tab will only be visible if you have it pre-configured in the substate in which the opportunity is located and the permissions of the opportunities group are activated → see-to-be-filled-opportunity-tab

The fields to fill in that we find in this tab are those dynamic fields that we have configured from dynamic fields in platform settings. We will find two types: mandatory and optional. On the right side, in summary, we are told the number of fields that we have filled or empty of each type, as well as the fields of the same in each group. Oranges are mandatory and blues are optional.

In the center of the screen we see the dynamic fields organized by groups, these have been previously defined when we created these fields. To fill in information we must place ourselves above the field we want to fill in, write the data or upload the necessary attachments and click on the save button. It is very important to click this button so as not to lose the written information.
