How can I create a client from the platform?

In this article we will learn about the process we must follow to create a new client from the platform. This is one of the possible options for creating a client, other options are through the commercial simulator or web simulator.
We define a client as any person interested with an advanced level of qualification in acquiring our products and services.

Where can we find this option? → Left side menu Clients
Remember that this option will only be available if you have permissions activated : Clients

The "Clients" section on the platform allows us to have a record of all the clients registered or that we have created within it. When we go to the clients tab, what we will see immediately when we click is a list with all the clients that we have registered on the platform up to that point. The columns visible in this tab are fully configurable, we can add or remove columns that we consider important to have in view from the "Column adjustment" option.

To create a client on the platform we must complete these three steps:

1) Roof data: In this view we must first fill in the address of where the photovoltaic installation would potentially be placed, then we must mark the roof of our house or building on the map that we find with four points in each corner of the roof, we find the "repaint area" option to redraw in case we have made a mistake. As a next step, in the right part of this view, we must fill in the fields type of opportunity, channel, subchannel, campaign and in extras we can indicate additional or important notes about that client.

2) Consumption data: as the next step, we find the consumption data view where we must first choose whether it is a residential or commercial customer, we must add the monthly consumption in euros, choose the time of highest consumption (morning, evening or night), whether or not our client wants batteries and finally whether they require financing or not, we click on calculate and the result of the simulation that we have just recorded will appear.

3) Customer data: Finally, we must fill in the main data of the customer we are creating: name, surname, telephone number, email address. The address comes pre-filled in accordance with what we have entered in step 1.

Once we have filled in the aforementioned fields, at the end of the process, a notice will appear in which we can assign this manually created client to a specific installer, a salesperson, or the same user who is creating it

Once we have completed the previous steps, we will have created a new client on the platform.
