Commercial simulator - Taxes
In this article we will see how to configure different types of taxes in the commercial simulator than those that we have configured in the price table. In some cases, depending on the client or installation parameters, it may be that our end client can take advantage of another type of tax. different from the common one, this section allows you to configure it so that the salesperson has these options available.
Where can I find this option? → Settings → Commercial simulator → Taxes
Remember that this tab will only be visible if you have permissions activated: commercial simulator and if you have contracted the commercial simulator module Tax settings
We can configure different taxes for each type of opportunity and within the same type of opportunity we can add more than one tax.
To create a tax, once we are in the indicated tab, the first thing we must do is choose the type of opportunity that we want to configure and then click on the button that says "Add tax", a window will appear where we must fill in the name that we will give to that tax, we can change the type of opportunity and finally we must enter the value in percentage of the tax that we want to create.
We click on save and we have created our tax which will then be visible on the results page of the commercial simulator. In case we have created more than one tax, it will allow us to select which tax we want to apply in that case.
If no type of tax is added in this configuration, the salesperson will not have any option to select which type of tax they want to use, and by default they will use the one with the price table configured.
